Chef Wellness Project

We were invited along to the 2nd Chef Wellness project to be involved in a great evening. Chef wellness was set up by Kirk Haworth, head chef of Plates London. Andrew did the Food, an amazing squash and coconut curry. And he was joined on the Panel to talk alongside Actor Tom Hopper, and meditation expert Monika Ruiz. For some after Panel Talk meditation.
