Breaking Bread

Down in Kent Doug organised a Breaking Bread style Pilot Light Social at The Small Holding restaurant.

We invited all the local chef and chef owners across all of Kent to join us to break bread and talk about the much-needed changes the industry needs to implement to move forward. We asked everyone what their thoughts were on the current state of the industry.

Discussing all the things that each chef and owner seems to continuously struggle with. As well as what we all fee would work for future generations, to talking about the ‘Old school” way of doing things.

All hosted owned by The Small Holding owner Will Devlin. Will has continuously supported Pilot Light and everything that we’ve been working on and continue to work on.
